Creating your deployment requires completing the registration process and selecting a package level. Your deployment will be created automatically. Your deployment will be placed on a subdomain that looks like this: yourbusinessname.tdshub.net, however during the package selection you may choose a custom name for your business. (i.e. your business name is All Around Catering, you can set your subdomain to be aac.tdshub.net)

Yes. But not all our packages come with the ability to create a custom domain on package creation. It is best to speak to our sales team if you want to use a custom domain.

No. We don't require any payment information from you during the registration or Free Trial period. If your Free Trial expires, you will need to subscribe to a package and provide payment before continuing to use the system. 

Yes. You can add modules to any package. If you need a custom package, or wish to purchase a perpetual license please submit a customization request here

Yes. You will need to create and enable your payment methods, integrate your email settings, customize your client portal and staff roles. If you need additional support, for these items, you can use the Knowledge Base articles for self-guided setup, or contract our support team to set these items up for you. 

Yes. You can import and export your data from the system. You will need to download the sample import file and configure your data accordingly.

With the subscription license, you and your team are not responsible for maintaining hosting, server, or security updates. There's also the added benefit of automatically receiving software updates with the subscription license. With a perpetual license you would need an IT team to handle these items for you, and our team would be contracted to provide software updates as the system grows and new features are added. We recommend weighing the benefits of both options before deciding which license to purchase. If you would like to speak to our sales team, please contact us.

Yes. We understand that businesses all operate differently and roles within the organization play a part in determining workflows and processes. TruDriveSync is designed to help you segment your organization and set staff roles and permissions accordingly. You may not want your project managers to have access to all the financial information and vice versa. Every role can be created and permissions set based on how you do business.
